Opening times telephone

On working days, we are available by phone from 10.00h – 16.30h on +31 20 244 1920. Around lunchtime, the availability will be reduced. We ask that you limit your requests by phone to urgent matters. You can e-mail us for all other question.

What is urgent? (telephone)

Urgent matters malfunctions with high priority that are caused by a problem on our platform.

  • Admin is unavailable
  • Application is unavailable
  • Issue regarding security such as SSL or data breach

What is not urgent? (e-mail)

Request that are not urgent will be handled within 48 hours on working days. We aim to answer question that are submitted before 13.00h on the same day.
