About Genkgo Communication

Genkgo Communication allows you to communicate with the objects in the Organization. We don’t want to replace existing communication methods, but offer functionality that specifically focusses on the communication with your community. Genkgo Communication makes it possible to send large-scale but segmented e-mails in your own house-style and to send text messages.

The design of Genkgo Communication

You can find Genkgo Communication on the left side of the screen after logging into the Admin. After entering the Application, you will see the Communication tree.

The basic actions in Genkgo Communication

In the Communication Application, you can manage messages to send to persons and companies. The Communication tree serves as navigation through the different folders with messages. The main screen shows the messages in those folders.
