Sending mass e-mails with Genkgo Communication

To compose a new e-mail, click on ‘New message’ in the Communication tree. Then choose for ‘E-mail’.

There are six steps involved in sending e-mails with the Communication Application.

1. Properties
2. Recipients
3. Template
4. Content
5. Example
6. Send

When you have finished step 1, the message will be placed in the folder Drafts. When you have finished step 6, the message will be placed in the Outbox, ready to be sent.
