Step 1: properties

When you send a text message with Communication, you need to fill in the properties of the message before filling it with content.

1. Under ‘Properties’, enter the name of the sender. You have already specified the sender(s) in Settings → SMS.
2. Enter the subject. The subject will not be displayed in the message, but it will help you to find and recognize the message later on.
3. Indicate the date and time on which the message should be sent behind ‘Send on’. If you choose a time in the past, the message will be sent immediately after step 5.
4. Under ‘Delivery’, choose the correct subscription. To be able to deliver the message, the beneficiary needs to have the subscription you choose.
5. Click on ‘next’ to go to the next step.

You have finished Step 1. The SMS will be placed in the drafts folder. You can still change the settings in ‘Properties’ until you have chosen to send the message in Step 5.
