When you click on ‘Email’ in the ‘Sent’ folder, you will see a list of all sent emails. In this screen, you can copy an email that has already been sent to ‘Drafts’ to resend or edit it. You can also delete sent emails. Finally, you can click on the name of the email to view information about it. How this information is divided is explained below:
Statistics
Under the ‘Statistics’ tab, you can find the properties of your email. These include the subject, the time of sending, and the template used. A link to an anonymous version of the sent email is also generated here. In this case, anonymous means that a non-personal salutation is used. You can use this link to link to the message on the website, for example.
This tab also contains statistics. This makes it easy to find out how many recipients the email was sent to, how many of the emails were actually sent, and how many of those were delivered. You can also see how often hyperlinks in the email were clicked on.
Clicks
The ‘Clicks’ tab provides a more detailed overview of all the hyperlinks in the sent email. It also shows how often each hyperlink was clicked.
Beneficiaries
In the ‘Beneficiaries’ tab, you can first see a list of how many beneficiaries the sent email had, how many people this email was sent to, how many people the email was delivered to, and how many people read this email.
It is also possible to see whether the email was sent to each beneficiary. If not, you can also see what the error was. You can then see for each beneficiary whether the email was read and whether they clicked through. Finally, you can see for each beneficiary whether the email was delivered and what the delivery message received by the system was.
Message
In the ‘Message’ tab, you can still view the sent email.
