SMS

When you click on ‘SMS’ in the ‘Sent’ folder, you will see a list of all sent SMS messages. In this screen, you can copy messages that have already been sent to ‘Drafts’ in order to resend or edit the SMS message. Finally, you can click on the name of the SMS message to view information about this message. How this information is divided is explained below:

Statistics

Under the ‘Statistics’ tab, you can first find the properties of the SMS message. These include the subject, the time of sending, and the template used. 

The statistics can also be found in this tab. This makes it easy to find out how many recipients this SMS message was sent to and how many of the messages were actually sent.

Recipients

In the ‘Recipients’ tab, you can see whether the SMS message was sent to each recipient. If not, you can also see what the error was.
