Statistics

In the element ‘Statistics’ you can view the general statistics of the Communication Application. This element contains a chart with the following variables:

• Beneficiaries: The total number of persons you added as beneficiaries.
• On the mailing list: The total number of beneficiaries that, at the moment of sending, was subscribed to the subscriptions chosen for e-mails.
• Sent: The total number of messages that have actually been sent. Usually this will be the same number as ‘on the mailing list’, except if an error occured when sending the message.
• Read: The total number of messages that were read by recipients.
• Read with images: The total number of times that recipients viewed an immage that was included in the message.
• Viewed in browser: The total number of times recipients read the message in a browser.
• Clicked through: The total number of times that recipients clicked on a link in the message.
• Subscription change: The total number of subscription changes that were made in response to a message.
• Immediate cancellations: The total number of times a recipient unsubscribed using their own e-mail browser (and not via Genkgo).

The chart displays per month the number per variable. You can make a variable disappear and reappear by clicking on it in the legend.
