Trash

All messages that are deleted from drafts and the outbox are kept in the trash. From the trash, you can move messages back to drafts or you can delete them permanently.

How do I move a deleted item back to Drafts?

Deleted items are placed in the trash. When you want to resend a deleted message or send a modified version of it, follow the steps below.

1. Go to ‘Trash’.
2. Behind the correct message, click on .
3. The message is placed back in drafts.

You can now go to the folder ‘Drafts’, select the message and go through the steps again.

Empty the trash

Emptying the trash will cause all deleted items to be removed from the system permanently. However, people who received the message will still be able to view it in their own inbox.

1. In the toolbar, click on ‘Empty trash’.
2. Click on ‘delete’ to delete the messages in the trash permanently. Click on ‘Back’ to cancel.
