Working with the Communication tree

The Communication tree has three elements: Send, Sent and Settings.

Under ‘Send’, you can create new messages (e-mails, text messages and letters). This element also contains the folders drafts and the outbox which contains messages ready for sending. The folder ‘Sending’ contains the messages that are being sent at the moment. You can find deleted messages in the trash.

Under ‘Sent’, you can find and view all sent e-mails, text messages and letters.

In ‘Settings’, you can manage subscriptions, change e-mail settings such as templates, add sender names for text messages and create templates for letters.
