Debtor status
It is possible to publish the debtor status on the website. To be able to do this, Genkgo collects transactions and outstanding amounts from Exact.
The status of person X can’t be diplayed
The debtor status might not work for certain persons. Most often, the cause for this is that the person’s profile was deleted from Exact, created again or merged. This can happen when there is a double profile for a person in Exact. To solve this problem, you will have to make a new match for this person. A match links a profile in Genkgo to a profile in Exact.
- Go to the System settings (top right corner, gear icon);
- Click on ‘exact-online’;
- Find the correct person in the list and delete this person from the list. You do not need to delete the person from Exact;
- Go to ‘Match’ in the menu on the top of the page. Here you will see the person that was deleted (because it is the only profile without a match);
- Search for this profile in Exact. Make the match again.
After the next synchronization, the data will be exchanged correctly again.
The steps above also apply if you are working with companies instead of persons.
