Change password

Users can change their password in the webmail environment as follows:

1. Go to the webmail environment mail.genkgo.net;
2. Login with your e-mail address and password;
3. Click on ‘Settings’ in the menu on the left;
4. Click on ‘Change password’;
5. Enter your current password;
6. Enter your new password and confirm this (‘Confirm password’);
7. Click on ‘Save’.

The password has now been changed.
