Schedule abstracts with activities

You can schedule abstracts with activities in three different ways.

The first method is to click on the title of the submitted abstract, and then select an activity from the Program module behind ‘Discussed during activity’. Click on ‘save’ to confirm.

The second method is to go to ‘Activities’ in the Program module. Then click on  behind the activity with which you want to schedule the abstract(s). Under ‘Link abstracts’, select the correct abstracts in the drop-down menu. Click on ‘save’ to confirm.

The third way to do this is to click 'Accept' in the Abstract module. Next, click 'Accepted', then click 'Create Activities' at the top. Here, you can select which abstract(s) you want to create an activity for and specify the type of activity. You can also choose when it will be published. Click 'save' to confirm.
