Prices

After you have created ticket options and set reservation periods, you can determine the prices. You can set a prices for each ticket option and reservation period. If relevant, you can also set the VAT percentage of the tickets here. If the price of a ticket includes multiple different VAT percentages, you can enter this too.

Important! You must set up prices for all reservation periods and ticket options if the event is payed. Ticket options of a payed event without prices cannot be published on the website. If a ticket option is free, give it the price of ‘0’.

Create new prices

Click on ‘Create’ to set a new price. You will see a new screen. Behind ‘Ticket option’, select the ticket option for which you want to set the price. Then choose the reservation period in which the price applies. Choose ‘All groups’ if the price for all groups in all reservation periods is the same.

Then enter the price. Behind ‘VAT type’, indicate whether or not the ticket is exempt from VAT. If not, choose ‘percentage’. You will then see a table named ‘VAT percentage’. Enter the correct VAT percentage and the amount to which the percentage applies. You can divide up the price into different VAT percentages. To add a new percentage, click on ‘Add’. A new line will appear in the table. Continue this process until you have entered all percentages. Then click ‘save’.

Edit prices

After saving the price for a ticket option and reservation period, you will be redirected back to the overview of all created prices.

To edit a price, click on the name of the ticket option. You can then change the price and VAT type. You can also make changes in the table ‘VAT percentage’ if relevant.

After making the changes, click on ‘save’.

Periodical increase

It is possible to set a periodical increase of the price. This means that the price increases with a fixed amount per set period. To set this, select the price to which this applies. Then go to the tab ‘Periodical increase’. Under ‘Period’, enter per how many units the price will be increased. Behind ‘Unit’, you can choose between day and month. To increase the price each week, enter 7 days, and to increase the price each month, enter 1 month.

Enter the amount with which the price will be increased each period.

Click ‘save’. In the overview, the periodical increase is indicated with a check mark under ‘Increase’.

On the website, it is visible for users that a periodical increase applies. They cannot see when and with how much the price increases.

Delete prices

To delete a price, click on  on the right side of the price in the overview. Then click on ‘delete’ to confirm or on ‘Back’ to cancel.
