Event registrations

When the event is fully configured and published, users can start to buy tickets. You can keep track of all registrations in ‘Registrations’. This consists of the following elements:

  • Participants – All participants who registered for the event.
  • Tickets – Overview of all tickets by ticket option (as set up during configuration).
  • Orders – Overview of all placed orders, including the status or the orders.
  • Presence - Page for scanning and certificates.
  • Absence – Overview of all users who did not register for the event but gave notice of their absence.
  • Cancellations – Overview of all canceled tickets.
  • Invoices – All invoices related to the event.
  • Staff – Overview of the staff of the event.
