Cancellations

This element contains an overview of all canceled tickets. The overview displays the name of the person who canceled the ticket, the date on which this was done and how many tickets were canceled.

When you click on the name of the person, you will see more information about the cancellation. You will see a table with the ticket option, the ticket number, the price of the ticket and the amount of the restitution. If the person has to pay for the cancellation, there is a minus (–) in front of the restitution amount.

To view the invoice of the canceled ticket with the due amount, click on the invoice number. Click on ‘Download’ in the toolbar to download the invoice.

In the overview table of the ticket, you can click on the ticket number. This will give you an overview of the following things:

• Number
• Ticket option
• Owner
• Obtained on
• Has outstanding invoices

You can also download the ticket by clicking ‘Download tickets’ in the toolbar.
