Orders

View orders

The element ‘Orders’ gives an overview of all placed orders. The following information is displayed.

  • Name of the purchaser;
  • Date on which the order was placed;
  • Ordered: How many tickets were ordered;
  • Obtained: How many tickets were obtained;
  • Amount: the price of the ordered tickets;
  • Status: The current status of the order. This is one of the following statuses:
    • Placed – the order for one or multiple tickets is being placed.
    • Confirmed – The order has been recognized by the system and data for invoices and tickets is being prepared.
    • Paid – The order has been recognized by the system and has been paid.
    • Processed – The order has been processed: PDFs for invoices and tickets have been made.
    • Sent – The order has been send via e-mail confirmation.

The statuses that apply are different per event. For example, if no e-mail confirmation has been set up, the status ‘Sent’ does not apply. The statuses above are in consecutive order. For example, directly after someone has places a complete order, the status should be ‘confirmed’ or ‘paid’. When this has been processed, the order gets the status ‘processed’.

Adding participants

You can also add participants here. To do this, click on ‘Add’. This works the same as in Participants –> Add.

Overview of orders

When you click on an order, you will see an overview of the complete order. In the top right corner, the current status of the order is displayed. The information about the order is divided into three tabs:

  • Order: This overview shows the person who placed the order, the moment on which the order was placed, the price of the order, the VAT and the payment method.
  • Tickets: This tab contains the tickets that the order contains. You can click on the ticket number to view the ticket itself.
  • Invoices: This tab gives an overview of all available invoices. You can click on the invoice number to view the invoice itself.
