Overview of events

When you click on ‘Events’ in the Events tree, you will see a toolbar in the main part of the screen with the button ‘New event’. When you hover over this button, three options will appear:

  • New event – Create a new event for which all settings have yet to be made.
  • New 1-click registration – Create an event for which all settings are already configured in a way that persons can register with just one click.
  • New agenda item – Create an agenda item (no registration possible)

You may see several other options as well, depending on which modules you purchased. The additional items are discussed in the support articles for the corresponding modules.

Tabs in overview

In the overview, under the toolbar, you will see the following tabs:

  • Upcoming – Shows the events that:
    • Don’t have a date yet
    • Have a begin date in the future
    • Are currently taking place
  • Previous – Shows events that have taken place in the past
  • All – Shows all events, regardless of the date
  • Calendar – Shows all events in a calendar display

Events

When an event has been created, you can find it in the relevant tabs. Click on the title of the event to go to the dashboard of the event itself. On the right side of each event in the overview, the following options are available:

  • Tags – By clicking on this icon, you can assign tags to the event. You can read more about tags here.
  • Repeat – By clicking on this icon, you can repeat the event and indicate how many times it should be repeated
  • Copy – By clicking on this icon, you can copy the event and give the copied event a new begin date.
  • Delete — By clicking on this icon, you can delete the event. It is not possible to undo this.
