Compose the schedule
After adding all programs, speakers, rooms and activities, the schedule can be put together. The schedule consists of programs, timeslots and activities.
About the schedule
In the element ‘Schedule’ in the Events tree, the schedule can be composed. The added programs, speakers, activities and rooms can be combined with each other into a clean schedule of the entire event. The main screen of the element gives an overview of all created programs. By clicking on a program, you will get an overview of all timeslots inside the program.
Timeslots are parts of one program. Activities and rooms can be added to timeslots. Speakers are added to activities in the element ‘Activities’. Components can never immediately be added to a program. They always have to be added to a timeslot.
The main screen of a program gives an overview of the schedule in a table. The table consists of the following columns:
- Period – This column displays the begin time and end time of the timeslots.
- Title – This column displays the names assigned to the timeslots.
- Type – This column displays the type of the timeslots.
- Number of activities – For each timeslot that can be divided into activities, this column displays how many activities are added to the timeslot.
- Room – This column displays the room in which the timeslot takes place. If multiple rooms are used for the activities inside the timeslot, the column displays the number of rooms that were added to the timeslot.
