View preferences

For each activity, you can view the preferences of participants, speakers and the matched scores. In the element ‘Activities’, go to the Events tree and click on the title of the activity. You will see a new screen with tree tabs.

Speaker preferences

In the tab ‘Speaker preferences’, you can view the preferences of the speaker of the activity. If the speaker has already indicated his/her preferences, you will see a table with an overview. The table displays the participant, when the preference was indicated by the speaker and the priority that the speaker gives to the participant.

You can also manually enter the preferences of the speaker. To do this, click on ‘Add’ in the toolbar. In the drop-down menu, choose the participant. Behind ‘Priority’, enter the score that the speaker gives the participant. The highest score that can be given is 1, then 2, etc.

Click on ‘save’ to confirm. The preference of the speaker for this participant is now added and appears in the table.

Participant preferences

In the tab ‘Participant preferences’, you can view the indicated preferences of participants for the activity. The preferences are displayed in a table with several columns.

Under ‘Program’, you can see the program in which the activity for which preference was indicated is scheduled. You can also see the name of the participant, when the participant indicated his/her preference and which score the participant gave the activity.

Allocation scores

In the tab ‘Allocation scores’, you can view the matched scores of participants and speakers. The table displays the participant, the matched score of speaker and participant and how many penalty points were assigned to the participant for this activity.
