Communication

Participants can choose between activities and indicate their preferences via their profile on the website. They can also download their personal program after making their choices. You can use the Events Application to send participants a reminder to complete their program by making choices on their profile. You can also send personal programs to participants who already made choices.

To do this, go to the element ‘Program’ in the Events tree. In the toolbar, click on ‘Send mailing’. You will now see a new screen in which the e-mail can be composed.

Properties

Behind ‘Beneficiaries’, choose whether the e-mail should be send to

1. Participants who need to receive a new personal program, or
2. Participants who need to receive a reminder to complete their personal program on their profile, or
3. Participants of a certain program, or
4. participants of all programs.

It is also possible to send the e-mail CC to others.

Attachments

Choose which attachments you want to add to the e-mail. You can send participants their ticket(s) and personal programs, or one of those. Adding an attachment is optional.

Here you can write the content of your e-mail.

Click on ‘send’ to send the e-mail.
