Divide up a timeslot into other timeslots

Inside the schedule of a program, it is usually not possible that timeslots take place at the same time. However, it might be necessary to schedule timeslots at the same time or with overlap in time, for example when a workshop round and a presentation take place at the same time.

You can do this with the timeslot ‘split-off: concurrent timeslots’. After adding this timeslot, you can add other timeslots to it. Inside the split-off, an extra timeslot is available: ‘split-off: successive timeslots’. The timeslot is of the same type as the program itself.

Adding timeslots to the split-off

To add timeslots to the split-off, click on the  on the right side of the timeslot of of the type ‘split-off: concurrent timeslots’ or ‘split-off: successive timeslots’. On the screen that appears now, you will see the same fields as when adding a timeslot to the schedule. You can choose from all types of timeslots. Therefore, you can also create a split-off inside of a split-off.
