Speaker export set

When communicating the preferences for the participants on the speaker dashboard, the speakers can download the profiles of the participants using an export set. In this way information such as a cv can be viewed. What information is visible can be set when creating the export set. An export set can be set as standard on the speaker dashboard, but it is also possible to deviate from this standard per speaker.

Setting the standard

In the 'Settings' of the Event application, 'Speakers' must be selected in the 'Program' tab to set an export set as the default. You can then choose between all export sets created in the Organization application under 'Default export set on speaker dashboard'.

Per speaker

In the Program module you can also deviate from the standard export set on the speaker dashboard per speaker. When the speaker in question is selected in 'Speakers' by clicking on the right-hand side, a specific export set can be selected under 'export set on speaker dashboard', where you can again choose between all available export sets.
