View an event
After the event has been created, it appears in the overview of events. To go to the dashboard of the event itself, click on the name of the event. A new screen with a new tree will appear.
Dashboard
The dashboard of an event shows the most important information about the event:
- How many days until the event
- Status of the event
- General information: begin and end date, publication date, venue
- Registrations
- Financial information
- Latest registrations
- Ticket options
Events tree
Each event has its own events tree. This tree contains at least two main elements. When using certain modules, additional main elements may be added to the tree.
- Registrations – Viewing persons who registered for the event and perform further actions with this information.
- Configuration – Collection of settings for the event such as ticket options, prices and reservation periods.
Click on ‘Back to the overview’ to go back to the overview of events.
