Can Genkgo send me the FTP data?

Genkgo does not work with an FTP server on which customers can find data. Genkgo is a supplier of online software and our servers are therefore only used for Genkgo’s own software. We are not a hosting provider. We only host our own software, not that of third parties. There are a number of reasons:

• First of all, Genkgo is the intellectual owner of the software. We do not want the source code of the software to be accessible to customers.
• Secondly, Genkgo cares greatly about the security of its servers. If we would make the servers accessible to third parties and give permission to upload files to the servers, we would lose control over the security.
• Lastly, Genkgo does not work with the FTP protocol on the systems. We use a development pipeline where updates are automatically implemented without interference by an FTP server. Our systems are specifically optimized for our own software.
