How can I send a username and password to multiple persons at the same time?

To send a username and password to profiles in a group or folder, you can use the e-mail automation functionality. You can find this in the Organization Application.

There you can create password e-mails that will automatically be sent to certain groups or folders in the Organization. The e-mail will only be sent to users that do not have a password yet.

The following codes (including dubble braces) must be included in the e-mail:

For username use: {{uid}}

For password use: {{password}}

Instead of {{uid}, recipients will see their own username. This username is based on the e-mail address of the recipient.

Instead of {{pasword}}, a unique link will be placed in the e-mail. This link refers to a page on which a new password can be created.

To send individuals a username and password, use the ‘Access’ tab in the profile of a user.
