About Genkgo Files

With Genkgo Files, you can upload images, documents and other files from your computer to the Genkgo environment. You can use these files in the different applications in Genkgo, for example in Website and Communication. Files can be sorted into the different folders and sub-folders. The folders can also be secured so that the content is only visible for a selected group from the Organization.

This application can also be used to share files inside your community. For example, you can create a folder ‘minutes’ and make it available for all boardmembers, so that everyone can access the minutes of a meeting directly instead of having to e-mail them to everyone.

The design of Genkgo Files

Like all other applications, you can find the Files Application on the left side of your screen after you login to the Admin. The Files tree consists of all folders you created.
