Group invoicing & Contribution

Group invoicing & Contribution is the element in which you can create invoices for multiple persons. Contribution is the most common example for this.

The most important differences between individual invoicing and group invoicing are:

  • A group invoice is sent to a folder or group from the Organization Application (instead of to individual relations)
  • You can add dynamic invoice lines to a group invoice. You can use these to charge different amounts based on groups and fields.

Some communities create a separate group invoice for each payment method, because they use different invoice templates. This is not required.

Elements

‘Group invoicing & Contribution’ consists of four elements:

  • New – Here you can create and send group invoices.
  • Drafts – Here you can view, edit and send drafts.
  • Outbox – Here you can view sent group invoices of which the sending date is still in the future.
  • Sent – Here you can view sent group invoices.
