Before you start

Before you start with the configuration of the Financial Application, it is important to check the following things:

  1. You have an hour to configure the application.
  2. You administrator account has the rights to (at least) view, edit and delete in the Financial Application.
  3. The information of members (and others to whom you want to send invoices in the future) in the Organization Application is up to date. If you are planning to use direct debit, you need certain fields in the Organization profiles. Read the article direct debit mandates to find out which fields are necessary.

Introduction

The Financial application helps you to quickly and easily send invoices without having to spend time on repetitive tasks. However, keeping a financial administration is still a task that requires precision, starting with the settings of the application. This element explains how you can configure the Financial Application in such a way that you will benefit from it later on.

Genkgo has already made some basic settings for you. You will find these when you go through the settings of the application. It is possible to edit all pre-made settings.
