Administration

In the element ‘Administration’ you can enter the information about the community. In addition to the name, the logo and the contact information it is also necessary to enter financial and fiscal information and a standard payment term.

You can enter the following financial and fiscal information:

• CoC number – Chamber of Commerce number.
• RSIN number – Identification number for legal entities and associations (Dutch: Rechtspersonen en Samenwerkingsverbanden INformatienummer). The RSIN number is provided to the community by the CoC, together with the CoC number.
• VAT number – This field is only relevant if the community is VAT liable.
• Payroll tax number – This field is only relevant if the community pays salary to employees.
• Sepa Direct Debit Creditor ID – If the community has a direct debit contract with the bank, the bank provided the community with a Sepa Direct Debit Creditor ID. If you do not use direct debit, you can leave this field empty.
