Structure of the application

You can find the Financial Application in the main menu of the Admin. You can recognize it by the icon of a suitcase with the currency sign. When you open the application, you will see a screen titled ‘Choose your administration’. This screen contains all administrations that are kept by the community. Most communities have only one administration. Click on the administration to open it.

The Financial tree

You will now see the dashboard of the administration. On the left side of the screen you will see the Financial tree. The Financial tree is the menu of the administration:

Dashboard

The dashboard contains the most important elements of the administration:

• Last synchronization – here you can see when the last synchronization of relations with the Organization took place. Read the article Relations for more information.
• Overdue invoices – This segment tells you how many invoices are overdue and the amount associated with these invoices. Click on ‘view these invoices’ to go to the element that contains the invoices.
