Change e-mail password

E-mail users can change their password in the webmail environment. However, if they have forgotten their original password, it is possible for the administrator to generate a new password in the Admin. You can only do this for e-mail addresses with an inbox.

1. Go to the correct e-mail address in the overview and click on .
2. Click on ‘save’.

The generated password will now appear on the screen. You can copy the password and send it to the owner of the mailbox.
