What is hosting?

Hosting makes it possile that we make your software, website and/or app available for usage on the internet. In short, htis means that users who navigate to the web address of your organisation (e.g. www.yourdomain.nl) can access and see your website. This also means that you can make use of e-mail (e.g. e-mail@yourdomain.com).

Genkgo offers hosting as part of their bundles. This means that we offer the management of domain names (web addresses), e-mail and security (ssl).

Before we can activate your Genkgo software for your domain name, you must make the correct settings in Hosting. Almost all our clients choose to give the hosting to the hands of Genkgo completely. This means that the existing domain name and e-mail is migrated from the previous hosting provider to Genkgo. This can also be arranged otherwise. Read more about how this can be done.
