Forms
What is a form?
A form is a list of input fields. With the module ‘Form’, you can create forms that can be used for various purposes. For example, you can create a form to automize the registration of new members, to let members sign up for an activity or to use it as a contact form. You can create an unlimited amount of forms. Forms can be filled out by users on the website.
Creating forms may take some time at first because of the complexity of the module.
How does it work?
The principle of this module is creating a list of input fields and making them available on the website for users to fill out. The results will be saved in the website application. You can set up a confirmation e-mail for the user and for the administrator, it is possible to link the form to the Organization so that a new organization profile is created from the results of the form, and you can connect a payment option to forms.

Link a form to Organization
When you use a form to automize registration by new members, it is useful to create a link to the Organization Application so that new members are directly placed in the Organization. Read here how to do this.
Refer to a form
Because forms are not visible in the menu of the website, you need to refer to the form otherwise. Learn how to redirect to a form.
