Push messages

In het element ‘Push messages’, you can send push messages and view the statistics regarding the push messages that were sent.

Only logged in users can receive push messages.

Sending push messages

Click on ‘Add’ in the toolbar. You will see a screen with the following fields:

• Environment – Choose the environment the users of which you want to send a push message.
• Message – Type the content of the message here.

Click on ‘Send’. The push message will now be sent to all users of the chosen environment who are logged in and have indicated that they want to receive push messages.

Statistics

In the overview of the element ‘Push messages’, you can find all push messages that were sent, including the environment to which the message was sent and the date on which it was sent.

Click on a push message to see to which users the message was sent, on which devices the message was received an which users read te message. A push message is marked as read when the user opened the message.
