Using the app
The app is divided into four tabs, which can be accessed via the bar at the bottom of your screen: ‘Home screen’, ‘Content screen’, ‘Orders’ and ‘Messages’. In addition, the ‘My profile’ tab can be accessed via the profile icon at the top right of your screen.
If multiple environments are available for a user, it will be possible to switch between these environments using the button on the far right.
Home screen
The Home screen is the screen that is displayed when you open the app. The Highlight Feed is displayed on this screen. The Highlight Feed can be supplemented by administrators with announcements and other information on the admin dashboard and in the app itself.

Members can post comments under highlights if this feature is enabled, and they can also like highlights. As an administrator, you can delete or edit comments in both the app and the admin.
Content screen
The content screen contains most of the information in the app. It is possible to place modules here in different environments. For more information about placing content in the app, read the article about this under ‘Environments’.
Orders
Under ‘Orders’, members can see their various orders in the app. These can be purchases in the webshop, as well as tickets for events and programs for conferences.
Messages
Under “Messages,” members can view posts that have been published in the message feed(s). Here, members can also reply to posts and publish their own posts by selecting the relevant feed at the top. The message feeds displayed here are the public message feeds as configured in the Organization application.
If a member has commented on a highlight on the Home screen, it will also appear in the Messages tab. If a further comment is posted in response, that message will be moved to the top of the feed and an alert icon will appear. This alerts the member to the new comment on a post they have already commented on. The same applies to posts from the message feeds.
My profile
Under ‘My profile’, members can enable/disable push notifications, change the language, and find information about the app and the privacy statement. They can also change their password and profile details here. The details that a member can change here can be set under ‘Settings’ > ‘My profile’. Read more about this in this article.
