E-mail automation
In some cases, you may want to send certain e-mails automatically instead of using the Communication application. You can do this in the element ‘E-mail automation’ in the Organization tree.
The element ‘E-mail automation’ has its own tree structure. The tree contains three elements: ‘Messages’, ‘Outbox’ and ‘Sent’. To create a new e-mail, go to the element ‘Messages’. This element has two tabs: ‘General’ and ‘Passwords’.
- In the tab ‘General’, you can create general automated e-mails, such as a default e-mail to persons when they are moved to the folder ‘Members’.
- In the tab ‘Passwords’, you can create automated e-mails for sending passwords.
In the element ‘Outbox’, you can find all emails that are ready to be sent. The element ‘Sent’ contains all sent e-mails.
