Create an object

1. Go to the location in the Organization tree where you want to add the new object.
2. Move the cursor to ‘Add’ in the toolbar and click on the intended object type in the drop-down menu.

You will now be redirected to a new screen where you can enter information.

1. Enter the information of the object. The field ‘Display name’ is the only required field here.
2. Click ‘Save’ to confirm.

The object has been created and appears in the overview of the main screen.

Create dynamic groups

The process to create a dynamic group is different from creating other objects. The object type ‘Dynamic group’ does not appear in the list of objects as mentioned in step 2 above. To create dynamic groups, you have to perform a search query and save the search query as a dynamic group.

Create an alias

An alias is not an object, and thus it does not appear in the list of objects as mentioned in step 2 above. To create an alias you have to make a reference.
