Profile

All object types (except folders) have an Organization profile, where all information of the object is kept. Depending on the type of object, the profile has several tabs. For example, persons, groups, companies and roles have a tab ‘Information’, where properties of the object are kept. Groups also have the tab ‘Members’, companies the tab ‘Contact persons’ and roles have the tabs ‘Occupants’ and ‘Rights’.

Next to those tabs, persons, groups and companies also have the tab ‘Contact history’, where a log of contact history can be kept.

Persons and companies have the tab ‘Access’, where, among other things, the information about usernames and roles is kept.
