Dynamic group
Dynamic groups are groups created on the basis of a search query. For example, a search query can be given for all women in the Organization. You can then save this search query, after which the group will automatically be updated when necessary. When a new woman is entered into the system, she will automatically be added to the dynamic group ‘Women’, and when a woman is deleted from the system, she is also deleted from the dynamic group.
This function makes sending messages to different target groups convenient and faster, because the dynamic groups you create in Organization can be chosen as beneficiaries for e-mails in Communication.
You will find the following tabs in the main screen of dynamic groups:
- Information – Here you can give the dynamic group a name, e.g. ‘Women’.
- Members – Here you can see which persons are in the dynamic group.
