Person
Persons and companies together form the basis of Genkgo Organization. All relevant contact information of a person is displayed on their profile page in fields. Fields are units that contain one piece of information, such as a name, phone number or address. Additionally, a picture can be added to the profile page. You also have the possibility to add extra fields. A member is a variant of the object type person.
You will find the following tabs on the main screen of persons:
- Information – In this tab, you can enter the information of the person in the designated fields.
- Access – Here you can find all login information of the person.
- Contact history – Here you can keep a log of all contact moments with the person.
