Access

In the Organization tree, you can find the element ‘Access’. In this screen you will find three sections.

  • Occupants: an overview of all persons who have access rights in one or multiple applications. The overview displays the name of the person, the username of the person and the applications for which they have access rights. You can click on the name of a person to go to their profile.
  • Roles: an overview of all role that provide access rights to one or multiple applications. The overview displays the name of the role and the applications to which they have provide access. You can click on the name of a rol to go to its profile.
  • 2-factor authentication: this provides an overview of all roles and whether 2-factor authentication is a requirement during login. It is possible to immediately require 2-factor authentication for all roles, or just for a single role.
