Organization field validation

Several fields in profiles can be automatically verified. This means that each change in values of these fields needs to be verified for validity. The profile can only be saved when the information is validated.

Validation is possible for the following fields:

1. IBAN bank account numbers: verification of the notation of the IBAN;
2. URL website addresses: Verification of correct notation of the URL;
3. E-mail addresses: validation of correct structure of the e-mail address.

Fields will be verified when information is edited, added and also when it is uploaded from a spreadsheet. Importing erroneous information for the above mentioned fields is no longer possible when using the validation option.

Enable validation

Validation is disabled by default. Validation needs to be set up for each field separately. Enable validation during adding or editing a field.
