Availibility

In this tab, you can manage the availibility of the product. In the overview, the availibility is displayed per week. Select a week in the drop-down meny and click on ‘Change week’ to see the availibility of that week. The overview displays when the product is availible, not available and rented out.

As opposed to the opening hours, the availibility doesn’t need to be added per day. When the rental only can start end end within the opening hours (as described under ‘Shop’), the product will only be available if 1) the location is open and 2) the product is available. Therefore, the availibility can be entered for an entire period at once (e.g. a year or season).

Click on ‘Add’ to add a new availibility period.

  • Begin date – Select the begin date of the period.
  • End date – Select the end date of the period.
  • Type – Here you can choose between Available, Fixed period, Not availible and Rented out.
    • Availible – Choose this option to add a period in which the product is availible and within which the renter can choose the rental period. With this option, you can add an entire period at once (e.g. a whole week, season or year).
    • Fixed period – During a fixed period, the product is availible and must be rented for the entire period. Thus, the renter cannot choose the rental period but has to rent the product for the entire fixed period.
    • Not availible – This option can be used for exceptions, for example for planned maintenance. The availibility will often be added for longer periods. With this option, you can stop the availibility for a limited time.
    • Rented out – This option can be used when the product is rented out but the reservation wasn’t made via the website. This option allows you to enter the agreed on period so that the product doesn’t appear as availible on the website.
  • Remark – Here you can enter a not that will be visible in the availibility calendar on the website.
  • Repeat – In this element, you can repeat the entered availibility period. Suppose the product is availible each week from Monday to Friday, in the fields for the begin- and end date you can enter the dates for one week. Under ‘Repeat’, you can then repeat this period each week.
    • TimesHere you can enter how many times the availibility period should be repeated. This is a required field for setting up a repeating period.
    • IntervalIndicate in which unit the availibility period should be repeated. Choose from every day, week or month.

Click on ‘save’. The product is now availible in the set up periods.
