Inventory

If you have physical inventory, you want to be able to manage this in the application to prevent orders being placed for products that aren’t available. You can do this in the tab ‘Inventory’.

In this tab, you will see a detailed overview of the inventory with each modification. The inventory will automatically update when the product is ordered via the website.

Activate/deactivate inventory

For some products, setting the inventory may not be necessary, for example for digital products. For those products, you can deactivate the inventory with the button ‘Deactivate inventory’. The history of the inventory will be saved. When the inventory is deactivated, the product will be available without restriction. You can activate the inventory with ‘Activate inventory’.

Edit inventory

To update the inventory, use the buttons ‘Add to inventory ’ and ‘Write off’. Then enter the following fields:

• Transaction date – Date of addition or subtraction (for administration).
• Number – Number of products that have to be added ot subtracted.
• Comments – Optional space for comments.

Click on ‘save’ to confirm.
