Forum

A Forum is an online page where people can exchange ideas and insights on a specific topic. Users can post messages, respond to others’ contributions, and participate in discussions. A Forum page functions in many ways similarly to a Public Feed.

In the application Organization under Feeds you can create public feeds. These feeds are the categories inside the forum. After creating a feed, you can change the settings of the feed and indicate if the feed is only for a specific group. See Public Feed documentation.

After creating the feeds, you can enable notifications for the Forum in the application Website. Go to the forumpage and select the community for which you show the feeds. There is probably only one option to select. Now check the ‘Webpush’ option to enable notifications. A user will receive a notification when someone else replies to their message or when an administrator chooses to send a notification for a message.
