Add tables

  1. In the toolbar, click on the button for ‘Table’, which you can recognize by the icon with a table.
  2. Enter the amount of rows and columns.
  3. Do not fill in the fields for width, height, cell spacing, cell padding and border size. This will be shaped by the website design later.
  4. You can give the table headings, which you can put in the first row, first column or both. The text in these cells will be in bold.
  5. Fill in any other properties. You can add a caption and a summary, an specify the alignment to left, right and center.
  6. Click ‘OK’ to confirm.
  7. The table is added and you can fill in the cells.
  8. The properties of the table can be adjusted at any time. To do this, right click on the table and click on ‘Table properties’. The amount of rows and columns cannot be adjusted anymore. Below, you can read how this is possible otherwise.

Add new row, column or cell

  1. Go to the cell in front of or after which you want to add a row, column or cell.
  2. Right click in the cell and choose the type (row, column or cell) that you want to insert.
  3. Indicate whether the row, column or cell should be inserted in front of or after the cell.

Delete rows, columns or cells

  1. Go to the cell of which you want to delete the row, column or cell.
  2. Right click in the cell and choose the type (row, column or cell) that you want to delete.
  3. Confirm that you want to delete.

Delete entire table

  1. Right click in the table.
  2. Click on ‘Delete table’.
