Photo albums

Always first go to the page that contains ‘Photo album’ in the Website Application.

Create a photo album

1. In the module, click on ‘New album’.
2. Fill in the the title and the date.
3. Select 'Public' to make the photo album accessible to all users. If this option is not selected, the photo album will only be visible to logged in users.
4. In the text editor, you can add a description of the album. Learn more about the text editor.
5. Save the photo album.

Edit album properties

1. On the right side of the title of the photo album, click on .
2. You will then see the same screen as when creating the album. Make the changes.
3. Confirm the changes with ‘Save’.

Delete a photo album

1. On the right side of the title of the photo album, click on .
2. Confirm with ‘Delete’ or cancel with ‘Go back’ or ‘Back’.

Add photos to an album

1. On the right side of the title of the photo album, click on the icon of the picture frames.
2. Click on the button ‘Add photo’.
3. Upload the photos with the built-in uploader.

The photos are now uploaded and are placed in the album.

1. Optional: give the photos a title.
2. Indicate which photo should be the cover photo. To do this, select ‘Standard’ for the correct photo.
3. Save the album.

Delete photos from an album

1. On the right side of the title of the photo album, click on the icon of picture frames.
2. Select the photos that should be deleted.
3. Click ‘Save’. The photos are now deleted.
