Website forms

Always go the Website Application first.

The forms page

1. In the website tree, go to the page ‘Forms’. If this page does not exist yet, follow the steps beneath.
2. Go to the page ‘Home page’.
3. In the toolbar, click ‘Create subpage’.
4. Title the page ‘Forms’.
5. Uncheck ‘Menu’.
6. Confirm with the button ‘Create’.

If you add subpages to the Forms page, they are automatically provided with the Forms module. Forms are not displayed in the menu of the website. To use forms, you need to refer to them on other pages of the website.

Does my website come with preexisting forms?

Yes, several standard forms are included when preparing new websites. You can find these forms under Contact and Community → Become a member.
