Create a new website form

1. In the Website tree, go to the page ‘Forms’.
2. In the toolbar, click on the button ‘Create subpage’.
3. Now follow the steps for creating a page.

The form you created appears in the Website tree under Forms.

After creating the form, you can further specify the content and you can view the results:

• Content
• E-mails
• Payment
• Data processing
• Results
• Retention period
