Manage form results

The section Results displays all results of the form in a table. The fields from the form are displayed per category.

If the form was filled out by a logged in user, this is visible under ‘Identity’. When you click on ‘Logged in’, you will be redirected to the profile of that user.

Fill out forms on behalf of others

To add results manually, click on ‘Add’ in the toolbar. You will then see a new screen with all fields of the form. Under ‘On behalf of’, select the correct profile in the Organization. If you are filling out the form for someone who does not have a profile in the Organization, you can skip this step.

Then enter the rest of the information; required fields are indicated with an *. When all fields are filled out, click ‘Send’. The registration is complete.

Change a result

In the table with results, click . Change the fields and click on ‘send’ to save.

Delete a result

To delete one result, click . Then click on ‘delete’ to confirm or ‘Back’ to cancel.

Delete all results

To delete all results at once, click on ‘Delete all results’ in the toolbar. Then click on ‘delete’ to confirm or ‘Back’ to cancel.

Download results

To download all the results, press “Download” in the menu bar. You then specify how you want to download the data. The available options are:

  • XLSX
  • XLS
  • ODS
  • CSV
  • ZIP

With the first four options, the data are exported in a spreadsheet. If the 'ZIP' option is chosen, the results will be stored individually in folders. The form answers will then be in pdf form next to uploaded files in the folders.

After specifying the type of download, indicate whether you want to link the data from Organization. Data from logged in users will then also be downloaded.

If you want to download parent elements as well, indicate this. This is useful when downloading contacts from organizations.

Press "download". The file will now be downloaded to your device.

Download individual results

In addition to this possibility to download all results at once, it is also possible to download an individual result. This can be done on the appropriate form under 'results', by selecting under the 'Download' tab whether the residual result or files are to be downloaded.

Create dynamic group

It is possible to create a dynamic group based on the results of a form. Each logged in user who fills out the form will be added to this group. To create such a dynamic group, click on ‘Create dynamic group’ in the toolbar. Then enter the name of the group and indicate where in the Organization tree the group should be placed. Click ‘save’ to confirm.
